Frequently Asked Questions
Each plan includes 1 category. You can add additional categories for $10 each, which will be added to your total at checkout.
Yes! You can upgrade anytime by logging into your account and selecting a higher-tier membership or add an additional category when you’re ready.
Your listing is active for 30 days and will automatically renew every month if you are on a paid plan. Since all listings are set up on recurring payments, your business will remain listed as long as your subscription is active.
You can cancel your listing at any time, but cancellation must be done before your next billing cycle. Here’s how:
Option 1: Cancel via the Renewal Email
- Before your listing renews, you’ll receive a renewal email with a cancellation link.
- Click the cancellation link to stop the automatic renewal.
- Your listing will remain active until the end of the current 30-day period, and it will not renew afterward.
Option 2: Cancel via Admin Request
If you need help canceling, you can:
- Contact support at support@raleighproconnect.com.
- We will cancel the recurring payment on our end, and your listing will remain active until the end of your paid period.
Option 3: Cancel via Payment Gateway (Direct Subscription Cancellation)
Log in to your account through Stripe and cancel the subscription directly.
Important Notes About Cancellation
- Unpublishing or deleting your listing does NOT cancel your recurring payment. You must cancel through the renewal link or contact support.
- If you cancel, your listing will remain active until the current billing period ends. No refunds are issued for unused days.
- If you decide to reactivate your listing later, you can sign up again at any time.
If your business is already in our directory, click the “Claim Listing” button on the bottom left of your business card or on your business profile page and follow the steps to take ownership.
