General Questions
Raleigh ProConnect is a directory that connects homeowners with local professionals in Raleigh and surrounding cities in Wake County. Our platform makes it easy to find and compare businesses in your area.
Simply browse our directory by category, zip code, or search for a specific service. You’ll find detailed listings with business information, reviews (if available), and contact details.
No, we do not provide quotes or schedule services directly. We connect homeowners with local professionals, and you can contact businesses directly through their listings.
For Business Owners
If your business isn’t listed yet, you can submit your details through our list your business page. We’ll review your submission and you'll be notified you once your listing is live.
If your business is already listed but unclaimed, visit your listing and click “Claim Listing” button on the bottom left. This allows you to create your profile and choose your membership plan to gain control of your listing and manage it .
We offer free basic listings for local businesses. However, we also have standard and premium options to help improve your visibility on our website and on Google to attract more customers. Contact us at support@raleighproconnect.com for details.

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 48 hours. If there are any issues with your submission, we’ll reach out for clarification.
Technical & Support
If your listing hasn’t appeared after 48 hours, check your email for any approval updates. If you haven’t received anything, email us at support@raleighproconnect.com for assistance.
If you’ve claimed your business listing, you can log in and update your information anytime. If you haven’t claimed your listing yet, you’ll need to verify ownership first.
If you need to remove your listing, email us at support@raleighproconnect.com with your request, and we’ll process it within a few business days.
